The threshold shown here is the starting value from the guidelines. Each call may set its own, and it is stated on the call's page.

1 · Administrative check

Whether the application was submitted before the deadline and carries every required attachment.

2 · Qualification check

Whether the project meets the conditions of the call. Every negative answer carries a written reason and disqualifies the application.

3 · Scoring by the commission

At least three commission members score against criteria published in advance and write a comment on each one.

One highest and one lowest total are discarded, and the final result is the average of the rest.

Submission

The deadline runs 30 days from the publication of the call and is stated on the call's page. After it passes the platform accepts no applications.

Evaluation

Administrative check, qualification check and scoring by the commission, in the order described above.

Decision

The funding decision is the Government's; the platform records it together with the references of the act and of the Official Gazette.

Contract and payment

A contract follows the decision, and payments are made against claims the grantee submits through the platform.

How long evaluation and contracting take depends on how many applications arrive, and is not fixed in advance.
